" This apartment is composed by one bedroom, one kitchen, one bathroom and a very nice living room with ancient furniture and with two big windows facing the marvellous Szabadság square. II floor with lift.
It seems impossible that there are people living in so magnificent apartments, in a so beautiful building. Entering the apartment Rigoletto and its building, You will have the impression of being finished by mistake in the lobby of a museum, or in the hall of the Opera House.
Who can afford to stay in a place like this?
Even for a few days, in fact, if you book this apartment you will find yourself in one of the most beautiful buildings of Budapest. Not to mention the glance entering the living room. The pictures below speak for themselves. This may look like an house of a noble Hungarian family, who lived during the Habsburg Empire.
If you are a person looking for a unique and ancient accommodation, rather than a modern and functional apartment, then the Rigoletto apartment is for you.
The apartment is on the top floor of the building and looks down on the most beautiful square of Budapest: the freedom square (Szabadság Tér). The majestic building that occupies a good part of the square is the headquarters of Hungarian TV, next are embassies and the local government buildings. Behind, is the Parliament of Budapest, declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site.
Early in the morning do not waste time, go immediately to do a free guided tour of the Parliament. Then cross the Szabadság Square through the beautiful garden, which on sunny days is absolutely one of my favourite places, reach the St. Stephen's Basilica, the Chain Bridge and the pedestrian area of the city. In the evening you can have your dinner wherever, you are right in the centre, perhaps rely on the recommendations that you will find on my restaurant guide, which I will send you, along with all other information and then come back the apartment walking through the garden.
